How long will my order be valid?

Orders will be available to process for 7 days in the Wish List. Once the order is placed and an invoice received, payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are based on the size of the order and the area that you to want the order to be delivered to. We use Fastway Couriers and The Courier Guy for shipping. They charge by differentiating between Rural and Urban addresses. We will supply a quote for shipping based on these rates, or you may arrange your own courier.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Bank Transfer, or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) only. Please be aware that as a rule we do not accept cash deposits to our bank account as the bank levies a charge to us for Cash Deposits. Bank Charges for cash deposits will be passed on to the customer.

How long will delivery take?

Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the process once the order is handed to the courier company. We will give you a tracking number so that you can track your order with the courier companies. Through experience, we have noticed that most deliveries are finalised within 2 to 5 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Information submitted on the website is utilised to affect an order and is protected. There is a choice for customers who order multiple times to create an account profile on the website. This is protected by a password of your choosing, so only you have access to the information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you proceed to place the order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail with a reference number. We will then review your order and check that your items on order are in stock. We will send you an email and Invoice which will include Shipping if you are not collecting from the shop, together with our Banking Details. Once we receive confirmation of your EFT, we will dispatch your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Invoices that are not paid within 7 days of issue, will automatically be cancelled.
